These solutions were born from our work with clients that own asset management firms. When it became clearer to us that our clients were investing in tax-inefficient assets (high yield bonds, loans, real estate and other alternative investments), we searched for solutions to maximize their after-tax results. Ultimately, we began specializing in insurance structures to help defer or eliminate taxes.

Internally — Our internal product allows Fund Managers to invest partner compensation tax-efficiently in their firm's own strategies, and create alignment of interest with their investors.
Externally — Fund Managers utilize our external product to minimize withholding taxes for their tax-exempt and foreign investors who invest in U.S. domiciled assets.
